Hey, I'm Mike
I’m a Nurse and Board Certified Nurse Coach, but before that, I was just a stressed-out 16-year-old kid who weighed 242 pounds and had no idea how to take care of myself.
I didn’t grow up fit. I didn’t grow up eating clean. I figured it out slowly, through a lot of trial and error, and way too many programs that didn’t work for me. That’s precisely why I coach the way I do now.
As someone who works in healthcare, I get how hard it is to prioritize your own wellness—the long shifts, the rotating schedules, the stress that never really shuts off. I’ve lived it. I’ve also helped over 100 people move through it.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve studied movement, trained hard, messed up, gotten back on track, and am now pursuing a master's in nutrition science.
